Senior Pastor John D. Milam is an Ordained Bishop with the Church of God (Cleveland, TN). In his 18 plus years in ministry he has served the Lord as a youth pastor, associate pastor, special speaker/evangelist, conference/seminar speaker and Senior Pastor. He is a very anointed preacher who is passionate about the Word of God. Pastor John believes that a "balanced diet" of the whole Bible leads to a healthy and vibrant congregation that operates in the Five Fold Ministry gifting. Through his conviction, transparency, humor, boldness, and openness to the leading of the Spirit he communicates the Gospel in an very relavent, yet uncompromising manner that leaves you full of the victorious power of God and always wanting more. He is very sensitive to the move of the Holy Spirit and strives to create an atmosphere where the Holy Spirit has liberty to "make Himself at home" in our midst. God has given Pastor John a great vision for New Life and for the Milledgeville/Baldwin Co. area. Pastor John is without doubt a Shepherd who loves his sheep...and they love him.
Pastor John has been married to his beautiful wife and our First Lady, Lori Milam, for 19 years and have been blessed with three amazing children. John David (14), Hayley (12), and Seth (6)

First Lady, Lori Milam, is also a credentialed minister with the Church of God and is an anointed minister and teacher of the Word of God in her own right. She is the founder of L.I.F.E. Ministries (Living in Freedom Everyday) www.lorimilam.com a ministry that helps women to find liberty from the pain of the past and the fear of the future. Lori is very active in the church and community, heading up the Ladies of Life at New Life, teaching, and singing.

She is also the Director of HGHE (Heart of Georgia Home Educators) homeschool group. She is in her 8th year of home schooling and believes she is blessed to follow Gods direction in raising a Godly generation. She says that in all that she is, her greatest calling is to be a Godly wife and mother. She is a tremendeous blessing to everyone she comes in contact with. Lori's love for the Lord and His people is visbly evident in everything she does.
She and Pastor John have been married for 19 years and have three amazing children; John David (14), Hayley (12), and Seth (6).

New Life is excited and blessed to have Pastor's Mark and Laura White as part of our Ministry team. Mark and Laura are a very anointed and gifted ministry couple that serve the congregation of NLM in several capacities.
Pastor Mark, who is a credentialed minister with the Church of God, serves as the Pastor of Music and Youth. Mark began in music ministry at the age of 18 when he was chosen to travel with Nancy Harmon's Mighty Warriors program. He has sinced served as Pastor of music/media/youth in full and part time capacities. Pastor Mark attended Lee University in Cleveland, TN and is a former member of the world renowned Lee Campus Choir. He is a very anointed worship leader and musician who has an amazing gift and is very sensitive to follow the flow of the Holy Spirit. Mark and Laura have been blessed by God to minister on TBN, Inspiration Network , and Daystar Network.
Pastor Mark also oversees all of the media related ministries of New Life and is working to help develop the upcoming video, radio, and television ministries of New Life.
Laura is the Director of the Children's Ministries of New Life. She oversees all aspects of children's ministry and serves as the Pastor of Future Generations. Laura is a graduate of Lee University with a degree in Early Childhood Development. She is a former member of the World renown Lee Campus Choir and the Ladies of Lee ensemble as well as the drama ministry of the Campus Choir. Laura also serves as the coordinator of drama for New Life and is a very creative and gifted leader.
Pastor Mark and Laura have been married for 8 years and have one son, Josiah Mark, who is 5 years old.
